im still remember..on my presentation on year 2000..berkenaan "brainstroming" which is involved all person from all level give ideas or speaks their own mind, and all people have to come with solutions/ actions from the discussions.
meanwhile,
after the presentation, aku ada berikan my own view berkenaan "Brainstroming" dimana utk east culture. sikap profesional sama sekali x ada. apatah lagi semua boleh bercakap apa sahaja idea yg mereka mahu utk memberikan penyelesaian pada permasalahan.
Mulanya agak ramai, student not agreed dengan pandangan aku..namun penyataan dari Prof yang aku lebih suka panggil dia sebagai Kak Sal,
" We are in East Culture..which is, downline sometimes is not allowed to speaks up their Mind, and it was a taboo to do so..".
